![]() ![]() ![]() Btw, I would recommend Hwinfo over ryzen master for monitoring, as it's much more granular and will show you how load is being distributed across your cores, which is more telling than just overall CPU usage. ![]() Thank you for your time :) If you're going to be upgrading your CPU cooler in the future, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm not using a beefy cooler (upgrading to a lian li galahad as soon as it is in stock) by any means but I haven't really had any thermal issues with it so far other than this game nothing even close especially when you consider that it is only using 10-25% of the CPU. Those are pretty accurate temps for a cooler like that, so if you want to reduce temps, I'd recommend using something like the Dark Rock Pro 4 or the Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 (if you're fine with liquid cooling). That's about equivalent to a Gammaxx 400 in terms of cooling, so you're using a budget cooler with a high end CPU like the 5800x. What type of CPU cooler are you using? I believe AMD recommends liquid coolers for the 5000 series due to the much higher temps than the 3000 series.Įdit: Just saw on your profile that you're using a Hyper 212. Admittedly that's higher than what most AAA games hit with my CPU (most reach 70c), but 88C seems a bit too close to TJ max for comfort.
